violating a new law prohibiting consensual sexual relations between convicted criminals and law enforcement officers has been sentenced to 18 months' probation Stefanie Leishman 33 was charged in 2nd District Court with a third-degree felony but pleaded guilty to a class A misdemeanor count of attempted custodial sexual relations Judge Rodney Page ordered no jail time but fined her $250 and his story and information discovered in her files" Caylor says the only problem with his marriage was Dottie's "unstable" mental health but he admits to an engagement to another woman six months before Dottie went missing Third District Court records in Salt Lake pulling out of the 2004 race for House District 47 a seat occupied by his West Jordan neighbor three-year incumbent Republican Rep Steve Mascaro Caylor expressed dismay at not being able "to put the past behind" him and blames renewed police scrutiny on a smear campaign orchestrated by Dottie's sister Diane Rusnak "She felt sure
