Scott would like to 'go there also to live, but haa some property here and in Northumberland, and he don't like to rent it to Tom. Dick and Harry to butcher up. If you bave a good thing, stay by it. The people are taking advanage of the cool weather and have been doing their hog butchering. W.

Charles Clifford Kelley, of Bluff Point The beautiful decorations for the occasion bore marks of taste and elegant sim? plicity. The ceremony waa performed in the parlor of the horae by Rev. F. W. Claybrook, the only attendants be? ing Miaa Allyne Clarke, sister of the bride, maid of honor, and Mr.

Dave Kelley, brother of the groom, best msn. The wedding march was aplend idly rendered by Miaa Ruby Clarke, sister of the bride, the music being turned by Miaa Enid Kelley, sister of the groom. Aa a matter of prefer ence the happy event waa most quiet, the immediate family and a few friends being the only ohes present. The bride was hsndsomely gowned in a pearl setin mcssaiine prineess with spsngled net and silver band trimminge, and carried a bunch of bride's roses. The groom wore the conventional dresa suit.

The wedding presents were numerous and of beautiful design. The bride, ia woman of unusual charm of person and manner and of marked accomplish ments, and has many friends in thia aection to whom the marriage comea aa pleasant surprise. After sefreah menta were aerved the happy couple left for Bluff Point, where they will make their permanent horae. S0.3E DEATHS. Addiaon Curran died Friday at hia home in Lewisetta, Northumberland county.

He was a Confederate aoldier of the Fortieth Virginia Infantry, and well known and highly reapected. On December 5th, 1909, Amelia. aged flfty-four years, ten months and twen ty-four days, beloved wife of Henry Brusstar, departed this life at her home in Baltimore. She fs survived by two daughters and one son. The father and son, who are in the railway business at Weems, Laoeaater county, were sumraoned home, but not before the demiae.
