required by such law NOW THEREFORE be it hereby resolved by the Common-Council of the City of Portage Columbia County Wisconsin: 1 That the Budget for the year 1978 as printed and attached hereto and made a part hereof shall be and it is hereby adopted 2 For the purposes set forth in said Budget for the year 1978 there shall and there is hereby levied against all of the taxable property in said City of Portage an irrepealable tax of Two-Million Five-Hundred-Sixty-T(wo Thousand One-Hundred Fifty Dollars and Sixty-Four Cents ($256215064) That such levy includes the sum of One-Million four
