Evidence was beard and the Board Issued an order to accept the new proposal presented at the January. 21st, 1971 meeting by the County Engineer, Earl E. Hemmeger. D is to set up a maintenanot fund of $2.00 per acre with a. minimum assessment of $3,50 over a four year period, the first year's assessment to be used for grubbing off of all brush, trees and bushes. Assessments from years 2, Sand 4 to be used for tbe actual clean out of mud from the ditch. After the 4th year a $.50 per ( acre maintenance fund Jo be established for a 2 year period for the continued maintenance of the ditch.
