Save Supply Clinton 'County Water Co today announced that it was taking further action to help ease the critical water shortage in Wilming As of sometime this afternoon rank CCWC manager said water pressure in the Wil mington system would be reduced from the present 60 pound faucet pressure This reduction will mean that' less water will be available to Wilmington users said that the' pressure reduction is necessary because there has been no appreciable re duction in water consumption since the company first announ ced that a water shortage existed here The water company took initial action to ease the shortage on Nov 7 when it requested state permission to tap in Lake Cowan Two days later all restaurants filling stations and large water users were requested to decrease wherever possible
