pressure in the Wil mington system would be reduced from the present 60 pound faucet pressure This reduction will mean that' less water will be available to Wilmington users said that the' pressure reduction is necessary because there has been no appreciable re duction in water consumption since the company first announ ced that a water shortage existed here The water company took initial action
