MONASKY WAS ELECTED PRESIDENT Of the Hast Liverpool Federation of club at a meeting Monday night in the Mary Patterson memorial. Mrs. A. B. Chandler is the retiring president.

Other new officers elected were: Mrs. Jason H. Brookes, first vice president; Mrs. Clyde 1C Larkins, second vice president; Mrs. A.

K. Reid, recording secretary; Miss Phyllis Crook, corresponding secretary; Mrs. P. Walter Ash ha ugh. treasurer, and Miss Irene Firth, auditor.

Mrs. Chandler introduced Mrs. A. J. Savage of Beaver Falls, a former resident of Bast Liverpool, who reviewed the book, lfid Lot Die At Myerllng." Luncheon was served at the buffet table, which was decorated with roses and tapers.

and Mrs. Bertram Hamilton Bucher of Beaver, announced the engagement of their Miss Virginia Ruth Poe Bucher, to Mr. Delmar R. Serafy, son of Mr. and Mrs.

Carl R. Serafy of Ogden Saturday afternoon at a candlelight tea in the Old Spencer house at Ohio View. Pa. Mrs. Bucher and daughter received the guests before the open fireplace in the living room.
