NATIONS NY Oct 18 (jP) At the urgent request of the western Big Three powers the United Nations security council is meeting Monday morning in an effort to stop bloodshed on the Israel-Jordan frontier The United States Britain and France made their demand for the emergency meeting today William Borberg Danish president of the council for October immediately set the meeting for Tuesday morning The move came as Arab countries built up frontier military strength called for Arab League War council and other top-level meeting and shoot-on-sight orders were issued by Jordan Representatives of the western Big Three drafted identical letters in a meeting in the British delegation offices in New York this afternoon They called for the council to consider matter of tension between Israel and neighboring Arab states with particular reference to recent acts of violence and to compliance with and enforcement of the general armistice Jordan appealed to her sister Arab nations today to send
