Co called od Congress yesterday to- make it a Federal crime to rig television quiz shows This position was taken before a House subcommittee by NBC Pres- Robert Kintner He said NBC was just as much committees Governmental Operations and Health and are currently conducting executive hearings on various government departments and agencies The two groups yesterday resumed closed-door hearings on the Department of Medical Services NOT INVESTIGATIONS Cong Jesus Okiyama chairman of this Joint committee said the hearings are not congressional investigations about any alleged malfeasance He said the committees are interested in finding ways to improve the operations of the various departments and agencies It was learned that some of the professional staff members of Guam Memorial Hospital
