Pius church, Fairfield yesterday, at noon, Miss Nancy Cooke Henderson, daughter of Mrs. Edgar R. Henderson, 145 Lalley boulevard Fairfield and E.R. Henderson of Baltimore, Md. became the bride of Ronald Joseph Henry, of Mr.

and Mrs. Henry, 69 Round Hill drive, Fairfield. The Rev. Bernard Scanlon of St. Pius church and the Rev.

Oliver Carberry, rector of St. Paul's Episcopal church, Fairfield, officiated. Mr. Henderson presented his daughter in marriage. Her gown of ecru satin was designed with a high collar and Empire bodice of heirloom rosepoint lace, Bishop sleeves and a chapel train.

She wore a cathedral length veil of silk illusion, bordered in matching heirloom lace and arranged from a Camelot cap and carried a cascade of white roses and camellias. Mrs. Thomas S. Hobbs, Jr. served her sister as matron of honor and attending as bridesmaids were Miss Elizabeth Fahy, Miss Sharon Henry, sister of the bridegroom, Miss Helen Phippen and Miss Cynthia Heine.

George D. Kochi was Mr. Henry's best man. Peter S. Hobbs served as ring bearer and ushering the guests were Barry Cuda, John Schwartz, Joseph Madaras and Theodore Bowman.

A reception in the Oak room of Fairfield university followed the ceremony, after which the couple left for the island of Ja- maica. They will live in Fairfield. The bride, a graduate of Roger Ludlowe high school and Lynchburg college, is a licensed practical nurse at Bridgeport hospital. Mr. Henry, an alumnus of Roger Ludlowe high school, attended the University of Florida and was graduated from Fdrdham university.

He is associated with the Ronald J. Henry company, Fairfield. Mrs. Henry is a granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs.

Harold S. Cooke, of Fairfield and grandniece of Mr. and Mrs. Walter B. Cooke of Armo.nk, N.Y., and Palm Beach, Fla.

Mr. Henry is a grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas J. Henry of Fairfield and the late Brig.

The couple will honeymoon in Maine and make their home in Rochester, Vt. The bride, a guidance counselor, is a graduate of Stratford school, the University of Vermont and the University of Connecticut. Mr. Hubbard, an engineer with Central Vermont Petroleum, received his master of science degree from the Montana School of Mining and Engineering and PhD. at the American School for Engineers, Maracaibo, Venezuela.

Miss Mary Howe To Become Bride Of Edward Miller Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Howe of Sherry lane, -Darien, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Miss Mary Dorothy Howe, to Edward I. Miller of Easton, formerly of Westport, son of Dr.

and Mrs. George H. Miller of New York. The wedding is planned for Dec. 19.

Miss Howe was graduated from Darien high school and she also attended Stephens college. Mr. Miller, an alumnus of Cherry Lawn school, Darien, was a newscaster for radio stations WICC and WMMM. Both are now students at Norwalk Community college. Garden Club Lists Exhibit Winners Mrs.

and Mrs. H. Edward Meachen, 199 Victoria lawn, Stratford, Friday evening in St. John Vianney church, West Haven. The bride was escorted by her father, and was gowned in peau satin, styled with a scoop heck- line, Bishop sleeves, an Empire bodice and a detachable chapel train.

She wore a Camelot headdress of venise lace to which her. silk illusion veil was gathered and carried' a colonial bououet of cymbidium orchids, with dracaena foliage. Mrs. Harold Allen was, the; matron of honor and serving -the bride also were Mrs. Linda Eveskcige, Miss Susan Franz and Miss.
