Wesche Mlsj Barbara Anns Wesche, (laughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward R. Wesche, 635 Merritt itreet, became the brido of Juan Manuel Cebrian Luengo, son of Mr. and Mrs.

Juan Cebrian at Madrid, Spain, yesterday morning at 10 o'clock in Sts. Cyril and Methodius church with the Rev. Francis Terras of Fatrfield university officiating. Escorted by her father, the wore a Victorian gown of organza over taffeta, fashioned with a high neckline of venise lace centered with Ice bluo satin ribbon, the trimming also accenting the bodice- extending to hem of the skirt, forming cuffs of the Juliet sleeves and the hem of tho chapel train. Her cathedral length veil of silk Illusion was edged with lace and ribbon and arranged from a lace headdress.

She carried a bouquet of step- hanotls and white orchids. Miss Christine Wesche was her sister's only senior attend- and the bridegroom's sister, Paloma Cebrion, was flower girl. Robert' Westhoff served a.1 proxy best man for Pedro Gonzalez of Madrid, who was unable to attend and Paul Bernor and John Westhoff ushered. A reception took place In the Knights of Columbus hall, and the couple left on tour of this country. They will make thier home in Madrid.

The bride, an honor graduate of Central high school and the University of Connecticut, attended New York university at the University of Madrid and has been tutoring pre-school Spanish children in Willimantic. Mr. Cebrian, a graduate of the AugusHnian School of St. Paul In Madrid, attended the National School of Social Sciences and the official School of Journalism in Madrid. Ha is a Journalist with Altamura Ro- topress, editing house.

Garden Club Lists Exhibit Winners For May Meeting Mrs. Stanley Mann, exhibits chairman of the Stratford Garden club, has announced the winners for the month. In the arrangement classes, Mrs. Stanley Johnson scored first, Mrs. Theodore Llllemoe, second, and Mrs.

Layard Savacool, third, In the class "Serene Moments;" Mrs. Frank Pero, first in "Trip Abroad," and Mrs. Herbert Held, honorable mention in the class entitled "Any Other." For horticulture Mrs. Edmund Judson received three firsts, two seconds and one honorable mention; Mrs. Mann, one first and one third; Mrs.

A. C. Persson, one first, one second and one third; Mrs. Johnson, one first; Mrs. Ray Wheeler, two firsls and one third; Mrs.

Vincent Kinsella Judged and Mrs. Carol Sohreyer and Mrs. Robert Zenhigh clerked. Devon Club Plans Meeting, Election, Program of Slides Members of the Devon Garden club will elect officers tomorrow at the monthly meeting at 7:30 p.m. In the home of Miss Edith Oddy, 86 Victory drive, Milford.

Mrs. Carlos Smith will be co- hostess. Slides of gardens here and abroad will ba shown. The artistic exhibit for the day will be "Maytime," stressing beauty, and using fresh plant material. The horticulture class will include bulbs and shrubs in bloom.

Artistic awards at the last meeting were presented to Mrs. Howard Peck, first, Mrs. Byron Williams, second and Mrs. Albin Wickun, third and horticulture ribbons were received by Mrs. Peck two firsts, one second and one third; Mrs.

Frank Simko, a third and Mrs. Adolph Brisch, honorable mention. Mrs. Jane Tabbutt has returned to her home in Pompano Beach, after a visit with her brother-in-law and sister, Dr. and Mrs.

R. J. Van Ort, Navy Pilot, Marries Gale Agnes Hays In the Arlington Presbyterian church, Jacksonville, Fla. yesterday afternoon, Miss Gale Agnes Haya and Lieut. Richard John Van Ort USNR, were married by the Rev.

James Lloyd. The 4 o'clock ceremony united the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Hays ot Jacksonville, to the son of Mr. and Mrs.

Everett John Van Ort, 34 Ridgeway, Eastern. Mr. Hays gave his daughter in marriage. Her Empiro gown of silk organza, over peau de sole, featured a Victorian bodice and Bishop sleeves of peau d'ange lace. Lace also scalloped the hem of the A-line skirt and lace appliques trimmed the detachable train.

She wore an illusion vei! arranged from a contour cap of peau de sole and peau d'ange lace embroidered with seed pearls and carried a bouquet of white chrysanthemums. Miss Judi Johnson was the maid of honor and serving the bride also were Miss Ellen Simpson of Clark, N. Miss Sydney Whidden and Mrs. Michael Flannery both of Jacksonville, Mrs. F.

Palmer Williams of Tallahassee, Mrs. Baird of Warner Robins, Miss Linda Dates of Daytona, Fla. and as junior bridesmaid Lori Richard- Eon of Clark, N. J. Douglas James Van Ort was his brother's best man and another brother Dale Van Ort of Washington, D.

C. Bruce Hays, brother of the bride, Stephen Wilson, John Brabenec, Frank Wesh, and Michael Ramsey all of Jacksonville, ushered. The bride, a social worker, received her BS degree from Florida State university.

Lieut. Van Ort, a navy pilot, was educated at the Berkshire school and Colorado college. Slide Lecture Set By Floral Art Club Wednesday Night The Floral Art Garden club will meet on Wednesday at 8 p.m. in the home of Mrs. Bruce Hopkins, 43 Jamestown road, Trumhull.

Mis. Jack Konowttz, past president of the Center Garden club of New Haven, an accredited flower show judge and a member of the New York Horticultural society and the. New Haven Camera club, will be the special guest. She will present a slide lecture entitled "A Wish Fulfilled--A Garden in Perpetual Bloom." During the business meeting the 1970-71 slate of officers will be presented after which refreshments will be served by Mrs. John Shomsky and Mrs.

John Terricciano. The artistic arrangement for members' exhibits is entitled "Spring Is Sprung," all fresh plant material to be used. A spring flower or branch may be submitted for the horticulture class. Her triple tiered veil of silk illusion was arranged from a Camelot cap accented with val lace and lilies of the valley and she carried a bouquet of Shasta daisies, yellow sweetheart roses, white miniature carnations and stephanotis. Miss Susan Bliss was the maid of honor and Miss Joyce E. Hurst and Miss Linda Crane were the bridesmaids. Martin Sw.insnn served as hest man and ushering were James Lukacsy and Stephen Szobota.

They will live in Middlebury. A teacher in McKinley school, Fairfield, the bride was graduated from Allegheny college and received her master's degree from the University of Bridgeport. Mr. Regnaud was graduated from Leavenworth high school, Waterbury, a served in the Marine Corps. He is with the Southern New England Telephone company.

The skirt was paneled in front with lace and matching lace encircled the chapel length detachable train. She wore an elbow length veil of silk illusion which fell from a Dior bow lace and ribbon and carried a swing bouquet of phalacnopsis and lilies of the valley with an accent of blue delphinium. Mrs. Paul Bagley of Brighton, Mass, was matron of honor for her sister and Miss Marie Nielsen, sister of the bride-groom was the maid of honor. Miss Barbara Dower and Miss Jean Segal, both of Cambridge, served as bridesmaids.

Mr. Nielsen was attended by Michael J. Markowitz of P.ast- chester, N.Y. as best man and tile bridegroom's brother John A. Nielsen of New York city and David Bernstein of Warwick, R.I., ushered.

A reception followed at Stonehenge in Ridgefield and the couple left for Bermuda. They will live in Cambridge for the summer.
