Monrovia is to be congratulated upon the high standard of citizenship in our homes as evidenced in the high standards set and maintained in our schools. Its excellence is dependent upon the material with which the management and faculty have to work. Monrovia is fortunate in having good material and good management faculties. One need but attend any commencement, gathering to.

be convinced by the appearance of the children that the material has been good and that good work has been done with it.
