Mr. O'Shea, senior vice presi- dent, cashier, and secretary of CNB, succeeds Raymond C. Lyddy, who I as year ed the annual salute to P.

Barnum. "I'm very pleased with my selection and hope to do as fine a job as has been done' in the past for the citizens of Mr, O'Shea said after the announcement. While most Ringmasters have been named by lale October in past years, Mr. O'Shea, presiden 'of the Barnum Festival society from 1969 toJ971, said the late date of his selection will "no hamper this year's event at "We've already had so many people- working on the Festival, we are not lagging he hind at all," he added.
