New-Haven and the towns adjacent but the maritime intereft of all the States will be bencfied by it The general will' that prevails in the minds of all claffcs of people for the fuccels of this enterprize together with the very great advantage which this fcheme holds out to adventurers (there being more capital prizes for the number of tickets than any yet publithed in Amerlea)induce the
