Suspect Awaits Arraignment William Edward Fischer, 39, of Box 596 Boulder Creek, is awaiting Superior Court arraignment on a felony charge of giving a false name in connection with the purchase of narcotics. Fischer is accused concerning a cough syrup which contains codeine, court officials said. Fischer is not the William R.
