The "Suffrage Special" will arrive in Boise from Pocatello tomorrow night and preparations have been made to give the representatives of the Congressional Union for Woman Suffrage a cordial welcome as called for In the proclamation Issued by Governor Alexander. Following the mass meeting here on Tuesday evening and the reception at the state capitol Wednesday morning, the special will turn eastward. Plans have been made for a 30minute stop at Nampa, where addresses from the rear of the car will bo made to the Women of the Junction City. The principal speaker at the mass meeting will be Mrs. Harriet Stanton Blatch of New York, former president of the Women's Political Union of York and political chairman of ms True Value Integrity Continuing Tuesday and Throughout the Week.

"Conditions In the southeastern part of the state are good," said Commissioner Hitt. "The winter wheat could hardly look better and although It has been dry there this spring the crops are in fine shape. Idaho Falls Is rapidly coming to the front.
