Sneed the very loud mouthed zebra who manages the gentlemanly meoagerie which represents Memphis to the diamond Is still kicking and bruing He is reported in the Savannah News se saying that the menagerie "could never thiuk of going to Charleston without Savannah to meet also the expense would be too great He does not think that any of the clubs will care tt Charleston is cut out as he says they have all been treated badly there and robbed of pmes besides He went on to may that Charleston has got a poor club anyway and It ought not to win any games trout Memphis or Nashville" The News evidently suspects the great zebra of prevarication for it adds: "Manager Sneed is down on Cherlesten because of his treatment there and be evidently wants to oust the team from the league The relations between Charleston and Savannah are very friendly and if the Carolinians can pull through the season Savannah will be glad to see them do it and win every time" The great kicking sebra is much mistaken if be thinks Charleston Is going to be lopped off The Charleston club has inane money this season and intends to play the season out which it would have done even if it had not made money Sneed behaved in Charleston like an unmitigated blackguard and thoroughly disgusted every one As an evidence that this Is the case it will be found that not a single ball player who has been to Charlottes except Sneed and hie menagerie hag ever uttered 1 Coinplainiu to his treatment here and yet Charieeten has beaten every game played at home this semen except the two won by the Memphis
