Sthwartz murder trial this morring Special Agent Ray continuing his testimony recounted the search made on the night of the murder and said that no tree had been found on the ground that could have been made by a man jumping from the train within 400 yards east of Morris Thomas Withrow General Solicitor of the Rock Island Road said that on Dec 5 he sent for Schwartz and told him he believed that he knew more about the murder and robbery than he had told him and asked him to unbosom himself to the fullest extent Schwartz replied that be had told all he knew At the close of the conversation Schwartz was arrested but he was not threatened with arrest at all when asked to tell all he knew Harry Schwartz the prisoner wasothereupon put on the stand to contradict him He said that as soon as
