Tennessee Virginia and Western North Carolina today was reduced to eight by the announcement of the withdrawal of Kit college Bristol Tenn from the conference Headquarters of the conference are maintained here by Lowe commissioner Professor A Adams chairman of the athletic committee of King college announced that the action had been taken because of a policy of encroachment by the conference
