station upon establishment Renewed interest in getting Channel 2 on the air has grown in recent months The original et fort to establish educational television failed here in 1954 though an 218000 fund is held in escrow for the purpose in a local bank The Davidson County School Board voted to place 215000 the next year's budget for educetional TV purposes and 250000 in state funds is available for the next community service television station that goes into operation The City Board of Education in struction committee voted to recommend that the board include a 215000 appropriation for
