Responding to a federal court decision in May, the 15-member Veterans Advisory Committee on Environmental Hazards wib look again at scientific papers and studies on the herbicide used to clear dense fobage that hid the enemy. This time, however, the committee wib use standards considered less strict than those used for determining other service-connected dis-abibties. No one is predicting the outcome. But there is agreement that VA Secretary Edward J.

Jack Bill Smith, 19, 240 Third Gabon, was arrested on a fugitive warrant at 11:30 a.m. Friday charging him with a felony theft offense in Texas. Smith appeared in Common Pleas Court Friday afternoon and waived extradition proceedings. He wib be transported to Texas when the authorities arrive. Fisk, who she married in September 1974. Melvin (Doris) Hissong, Caledonia, and Mrs. Thomas (Judy) Lehner, Marion, 11 grandchildren and three step grandchildren. Mrs. Fisk bved most of her bfe in the Crestline area and was a member of the Miracle Meetings Church, Gabon. She retired from North Electric, Gabon, in 1972 after working there 20 years.

She is also a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary and the VFW Aux-ibary, berth in Cresthne. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Mark A. Schneider Funeral Home, Crestline, with Rev. Cedi Frazier officiating.

Burial will be in Crawford County Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Medical Intensive Care Unit of University Hospital in care of the funeral home. Ann E.

Shulaw Ann E. Shulaw, 60, of 225 Hillside Circle, Mansfield, died Saturday, Oct. 28, 1989 at 9:20 a.m. in University Hodpital, Columbus. She had been ill for several months.

Bom March 8, 1929 in Ada, she is the daughter of Marion F. Curl, who survives in Kenton. She was married June 28, 1946 in Ada to Elmer Shulaw, who survives. Also surviving are four daughters, Mrs. William (Beverly) Park, Bucyrus, Mrs.

Dwight (Joyce) Emory, Nevada, Mrs. Lloyd (Anna) Weaver, Bucyrus, and Mrs. Alva (Saby) Stover, Willard, ten gons, Daniel, Brokensword, Dennis, Carey, David, Lima, Kenneth and John, Wibard, Gary, Dowagiac, Roy, Mishawaka, William, Bucyrus, Ronald, and Donald, Mansfield, two brothers, Melvin Curl, Kenton, and Marion '(Bud) Curl, Ilbnois, two Sisters, Mrs. Dale (Carol) War-mroad, Kenton, and Barbara, and 35 grandchildren. Mrs.

Shulaw was a homemaker. Funeral services wib be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Upper Sandusky Chapel of Lucas Funeral Homes with Rev. Charles Steward officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hib Cemetery, Upper Sandusky.

Mrs. Bogard was bom Feb. 2, 1922 in Wyandot County to Clarence and Edna (Weininger) Young, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death on Feb. 8, 1966 by her husband Herbert C.

Bogard, who she married May 31, 1943. (K son, Gary Toledo, a daughter, Mrs. Alan (Kathy) Streng, Melmore, a brother, Charles A. Young, rural Sycamore, and four grandchildren survive. A brother preceded her in death.

A retired dieticiancook, Mrs. Bogard bved mast of her life in Wyandot and Seneca Counties. She was a member of Melmore United Methodist Church. Rev. Marjorie King officiated for the fur eral service.

Burial was in Pleasant View Cemetery, Sycamore. Memorial contributions may be made to the Seneca County Heart Fund. 2nd Haunted Hayride to be held Wynford High Schools Drama Club will hold the second annual Haunted Hayride Tuesday, Oct. 31. As a member of the committee, Rep. Rench will review all pending drug legislation.
