The weekly winners at the end of 12 weeks of programs will compete with one another in the shows 13th week and the winner will be awarded a recording contract and personal appearances with Brown and Anderson. GWSC said TSN will begin operating this fall: in the Pacific Northwest, where it will expand the current Sonica Superchannel service; in Wisconsin, where it has entered a joint venture with the Wisconsin All Sports Network; and possibly id Michigan, where it is- joining Pro-Am Sports to give pay subscribers Tigers baseball, other professional and college sports and offerings from other TSN regions. In the spring, TSN also will be available to subscribers in Chicago and the Washington, D.C. areas. USA Cable Network will begin showing a Better Homes and Gardens series, Designs for Living, on Oct. 3.

The show will run weekdays a.m. ET. In addition, its Radio 1990 music magazine series will be becomes an hour show, and new I episodes of Women Watch, the half-hour magazine show that profiles working women, will begin airing in October.
