Wood, who bears a remarkable resemblance to Lincoln, portrays the character of Lincoln in the play which tells of the formative years in Lincoln's life that he spent at New Salem. His features bear marvelous resemblance to pictures of Mr. Lincoln in his formative days which are familiar to students of the Emanfioator." The St.
