DX tips are now being received from more sources than ever. In this connection let us state that we are more than willing to publish DX information from all clubs.

Those clubs which at the present do not supply us with advance information regarding their specials are invited to forward the same to the column so as to insure reports from the Brooklyn DXers. The Philadelphia Radio club tells us the CMQ, Havana, Cuba, 1150 kc, 250 watts is on this morning from 2 till 3 o'clock. On April 27, WEAI will broadcast (see below). Clem McCarthy, racing expert, and John Wilburn, announcer of Station WBAL, Baltimore, will give word pictures of the crowd and race from the Maryland track. The broadcast will be heard over WJZ at approximately 4:30 p.m. Special equipment will be installed to pick up sounds of the racing hoofs. One microphone will be placed on the outside rail, sixty yards in front of the starting gate, and another on the inside rail, ten yards from the finish line. Two other microphones will be A child was born to her in Europe.

After the war she came back to this country and has been living here ever since. She would like to know whether it is possible to bring trer husband here. M. R. A.

If your friend is an American citizen she may file Petition 633 for her husband, which will give him nonquota status, it being assumed that the marriage took place before June 1, 1928. However, as almost no visas are being issued at the present time on account of the unemployment here, it is not probable that he would be granted a visa unless conditions improve, or unless he has enough money to satisfy the American consul that it would not be necessary for him to work for a considerable length of time. If your friend lost her citizenship by marriage, as she must have done, and has not been repatriated, the first thing for her to do it to recover her citizenship by filing Form A-2214 for repatriation. My father came from Scotland more than 20 years ago and obtained citizenship papers in 1920. He did not put my name on his papers, because he did not know where I was at that time. Two years later he went to Canada and brought me back with him to the States. I was then 20 years old. I had no passport and no questions were asked, as he was a citizen and had other daughters' names on his papers.

How may I get proof of my citizenship, if I am one, without bothering him? He does not seem willing to have my name put on his paper now. I wish to take a trip to Scotland in the future. May I obtain an American passport? I have been a resident of the States ten years and have not been out of the country. M. C.

R. A. Minor children of an American citizen are American citizens if they reside in the United States, or II they enter the United States before they are 21 years of age. A foreigner may become a citizen even though his wife and children are residing in a foreign country. In fact, in many cases a foreigner may not bring his wife and children to the United States unless he is a citinen, as in those countries where the quota Is exhausted for many years and it is impossible to obtain a visa unless the applicant has some special privilege, as the wife or minor child of an American citizen.
