and Mrs. E. I. Low Will Be Hosts for Miss Louisa Herrick At Dinner-Dance This Evening Mr. and Mrs.

Ethelbert I. Low of Woodmere and 1060 Fifth Manhattan, will give a dinnerdance for 50 tonight for their debutante niece, Miss Louisa Herrick, at Pierre's. Miss Herrick is the daughter Mr. and Mrs. Newbold L.

Herrick of Woodmere. She was introduced to society at a supper dance for 600 which her parents gave at the Rockaway Hunting Club at Cedarhurst on Thanksgiving eve. Mrs. Low. who will receive with her niece, will wear an ice blue satin gown and a corsage of African wind flowers orchids.

Miss Herrick will be in silver lame and will wear orchids. Dinner will be served at a long table decorated with Spring flowers. Mr. and Mrs. W.

Butler Duncan have come from Islip to spend the Winter at the Gladstone Hotel, Manhattan. Mr. and Mrs. William Huntting Howell of Hewlett and their sister, Miss Virginia Hanna of Montclair, N. sailed yesterday to spend six weeks in Santo Domingo.

Halleran of Flushing and the late Mr. Halleran, Miss Rathbone attended the Masters School at Dobbs Ferry and her debut 1927. Her mother, the former Florence Carmelita Warn, died in August, 1931. Mr. Halleran was graduated from Amherst College in 1928, from Columbia Law School in 1931 and is a member of the Amherst Club of New York, Delta Kappa Epsilon and the Downtown Athletic Club.

Bayne of New Haven will give a dinner in honor of the bridal couple this evening. AUXILIARY MEETING A business meeting of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Auxiliary was held in the clubrooms recently. The meeting was conducted by Mrs. Harry L. Anstey, president.

A report was submitted by Mrs. Bessie Sponagle, financial secretary, and the minutes of the previous meeting were read by Miss Lillian Caffrey, recording secretary. Brunner of Queens.

The conference took place yesterday afternoon. When the conference broke up with the decision to liquidate, it was announced that an initial dividend of from 30 to 35 percent of the deposits would be paid within six or seven weeks. The cash to make the disbursement will come from the Reconstruction Finance Corporation, The dividend, according to figures available here, will amount to between $840,000 and $960.000. Total deposits in the bank total about $2,800,000. Depositors to Fight Asserting that the depositors had "just begun to fight," the depositors committee of the Richmond National Bank returned from Washington today, whiteher they had gone to confer with Treasury officials regarding reorganization of the bank.

Pigeon, chairman of the committee said: "We know more about the banking situation now than we ever did before. We're going to demand 100 cents on the dollar.
