The invitation consisted of a postal card, on the front of which were reproduced Mr. Bailey's picture, the bride's, and a photo of their residence at 30 Willow St. At the bottom was written the invitation. It was a clever idea but a little disturbing, for Mrs. Bailey is shown carrying a bouquet of flowers, Mr.

Bailey (without his hat) is obviously standing out of doors, but 30 Willow St. is pictured covered with snow. Maybe that's to show that the Bailey's like Summer and Winter, having no preference for seasons. That was not so very strange for It was thought that dolly was going to have a bath in the fountain, but no, dolly wasn't bathed, but Just remained undressed. WHEN COUPLES ARE MAR-rled for 25 or 50 years there is reason enough for a big celebration, even as big as the one the eountry will have on Wednesday, although a wedding anniversary Isn't for independence but for unity. However, when young people celebrate their wedding, especially if they have been married only a few years, they try to be original. Such was the case with Sam and Annie Mary Bailey.

The invitations for th Bailey's mom weddinj anniversary recep and Mrs. Chauncy H. Burnett of 550 E. 38th St. took place yesterday afternoon at 4 o'clock In the parish souse of the Flatbush Congre-sationa hurch.
