The Encino, Calif, resident made a total of 14 disturbing calls to Globe staffers starting Aug. 10, the day the paper asked publications around the country to join a coordinated editorial response to Trump's attacks, prosecutors said. Kappy (photo), who was 42, "forced himself off" a bridge early Monday, an official with the Arizona Department of Public Safety said in a statement obtained by the Daily News. "He was then struck by a passing car," the official said. Kappy died at the scene.
