The fathers-sons event is the first annual tourney of its kind to be held at the club and is sponsored by Albert Francke.

Flower Show at Specio! to The Eagle Southampton, July 22 Mrs. William Allen Putnam of 70 Willow St. Is among those who have made donations for the 2fiih annual flower show to be held Thursday and Friday at the Parochial School Hall by the Southampton Horticultural Society and the Garden Club of Southampton.

Four artistic classes will be entered by invitation only and are for flower pictures; garden corners, laid out according to special design, and suitable for center of flower garden; arrangements of tables for entrance halls, flowers to be placed in front of a mirror; and exhibitions by professionals of tables arranged to sit six at an informal dinner. Three artistic classes open to Summer residents are for two or more potted flowering plants arranged in a decorated bowl; decorative arrangements or potted plants on iron stands, and trays arranged for refreshments for two. Flower arrangements open to Summer residents will include flowers of copper, orange and yellow shades and tones, In a bowl; wild-flowers combined with blue flowers' cither wild or cultivated) in a basket; flowers in a pair of vases for book or mantel shelf; flowers of any color in a vase between eight anil 12 inches tall, and garden flow ers In a Jar not less than 16 Inches high.
