Instead, persons on the committee associated with minority groups will try to contact persons and a later meeting will be arranged. Members of the committee must report to county supervisors by the end of the year. However, they said last night they do not want to consider staff recommendations until hearing from poor people.

The ordinance currently makes no mention of the lights one way or the other.
