Several from liere attended the graduation exercises of part of the rural schools of Franklin county Centropolis last Wednesday night. They report a large crowd and a fine time. The Help Someone and the Brighten the Corner Sunday school classes of the Worden Sunday school gave Mr. and Mrs. Albert Hornberger a kitchen shower last Thursday night.

It was to be a surprise and a suprise it certainly was. The evening was spent in playing various games after which refreshments were served. All report having spent a very enjoyable evening. Those present were Rev. and Mrs.
