Dorff won both wards in the district and defeated Kolmos 703-339 based on unofficial results Kolmos has been alderman for the past 12 years Dorff was an alderman of that district from 1964 to 1968 and state representative from 1968 to 1980 George Fitchett 60 who was an aldermen for 22 years defeated incumbent Alderman Patrick Juliana in the 7th District 456-269 Fitchett also won both wards Juliana was alderman since 1980 of activities at Frank School 1816 57th St where he claims Fitchett brought in "75 to young voters who he said looked like "punk rockers Juliana claimed Fitchett promised them something possibly a party if they would vote for him but then reneged on the party Fitchett called the charges He countered it was actually Juliana who was violating election laws by campaigning and appearing too close to the school The school hosts both of the ward polling places when Fitchett chose to run for mayor instead of alderman Long-time Democratic Party Chairman and activist Paul Rad-ddtz 51 defeated Thomas Wood 35 by a 939-314 margin in winning both wards in the fourth district Raddatz works as a clerk at Becker's Cigar Store Wood owns Kenosha Video Rental and Kenosha Silver and Gold Exchange Both were running for the first time The other known name who will now be an alderman is Dennis Pierce He is known because this was his second bid against incumbent Alfred Andreuccl who has been alderman since 1978 Andreuccl 65 Is a retired American Motors Corp worker Pierce 30 is an assistant manager at Sentry Foods Pierce lost to Andreuccl by two votes in 1982 but defeated him by a 96-vote margin this time 793-697 sweeping both wards In the other contested aldermanic races 2nd District Incumbent Alderman Peter Zeihen 63 an alderman for six years won both wards in his district over Dennis Parise 38 by a 578-386 tally 8th District Incumbent By DENNIS SHOOK Staff Writer Alderman Patrick Juliana made it clear Tuesday he believes opponent George Fitchett used unethical tactics in their 7th District aldermanic election including claims Fitchett steered large groups of people to the polls with the lure of a phony party Fitchett was alderman in the district for 22 consecutive years until running for mayor in 1980 He de- feated Juliana his successor by a 456-269 margin based on the unofficial election results Juliana was particularly critical Maurer up for The resounding victory of State Sen Gerald Kleczka to fill the late Element fZablocki seat in the JJouse opens a big door for Kenosha Stale Sen John Maurer Kleczka victory leaves naSt he co chairmanship of the powerful -tate Joint Finance (ommntee a Jjoh that played a hig letka the kind ol power ti i person elected to Congress The Democratic caucus will meet -w--i" IM-.
