Wednesday evening. In Loving Memory of Helen C. Grohol and Paul L. Grohol Mom and Dad were a team It seems they fought against the odds They would paint rainbows when The world would fall apart They'd laugh all day And make angels in the snow They were two, Mom and Dad Who are we now without them Who will we turn out to be We stand alone Does anyone realize how much We're missing them. Baba and Pappy they'd play music And have laughter in the air We would look for shooting stars When our fears got out hand We'd close our eyes real tight And make a secret plan They were two, They're still with us Like the air we breathe And the sun that fills the sky.
