the board This year's multiplier is 03080 and if you convert that to the amount paid per $1000 in in- come the result is $3080 which is a decrease from last year's $3175 That's the bad news Factoring in double-digit inflation that means this year's bonus will carry considerably less buying power Still most employees will probably find it hard to be pessimistic about a check in at least
