Freddie Lee Glenn pleaded in- i nocent in district, court Monday to two counts of first degree murder, and Judge Hunter D. Hardeman set Jan. 5, 1976, for trial.

Glenn, 18, of Ft. Carson, is charged with the fatal shooting of Daniel Van Lone, 29, of 2210 E. St. Vrain June 19. Van Lone was a cook at the Four Seasons Motor Inn and' was murdered just after leaving work.

He was shot in the head and his body was found at side of Janitell Road, about one mile north of where he worked. The second count says Glenn! killed Miss Karen Grammer, 18, iof 3985 E. Bijou who had; I her throat cut July 1. Her body was found sprawled; I on the back steps of a mobile I home at 1400 S. Wahsatch St.

I In addition, Glenn has been 'charged with murdering D. Watson III, 21, of 3604 Uintah who was shot I four times July 5. Watson was found lying in front of 1322 Bay- lor St. He has not been ar- I raigned on the charge. The defendant is also charged with an armed robbery and con- I spiracy arising out of an in- I cident not connected with any of the murders.
