after being stricken contendirg his condition was not serious A native of Kansas Price had been a frequent visitor to his father's farm east of the city now the property of Dr Greening before coming here to establish his mule exchange about 30 years ago He had grown up near Wichita Kans and later had gone to Oklahoma It was in Oklahoma City that he got his start in the mule business working as a buyer for the late Hales Later he came to Paula Valley and began purchasing Mules for himself He was listed as one of the largest independent buyers in the nation He also owned valuable farmland in the Washita river bottom near Paula Valley in addition to the mule exchange business Immediate survivors are his wife and two daughters Eva Jean and Georgia Gayle of the home address Funeral services
