administration by a business man was ushered into the city last night by scores of enthusiastic citizens and bands of music and hundreds of marching men proclaimed the universal rejoicing at the election of Ossian Pettit the Republican candidate for mayor Vox Vox Dei the prophetic words of Culley are the slogan of the Republican party today and the people have spoken declaring their choice in no uncertain words but as in a mighty host they have risen up and refuted the bad government and bad business methods and the gods have been propitious and given Kenosha a man for mayor who can and will fill the office in a dignified manner and in a way that will make our beautiful city honored and respected bv her neighbors The success of Mr Pettit is not only a victory for the Republican party but for all good citizens and the loyal Democratic voters who refused to answer their party call and fall down under the party lash are deserving of praise as much as the true blue Republicans who stood at the polls from early morn until late at night and assisted in bringing in the doubtful and tardy voters The New Breakfast Food Manufactured by tLe Pillsbury Mills at Minneapolis IT MAKES
