Zepka of RD 7 announce the engagement of their daughter Kathy A. to Richard M. Chengery, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Chengery of 509 Maple West Mifflin, Pa.

Miss Zepka was graduated from Mohawk Area High School and is attending Youngstown State University School of Business Administration. She is a divisional supervisor for Livingston's Specialty Stores. Mr. Chengery was graduated from West Mifflin North High School and Indiana University of Pennsylvania where he was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. He is employed at United States Steel, Duquesne Works.

They plan to wed in June, 1979. Mr. and Mrs William Bingle of Township announce engagement of their daughter Janette Christine to Daniel Hunter. He is the son of Mr and Mrs. Donald Hunter of Newcastle RD4 Miss Bingle.

Michael Fabritius, the bride's sister; Miss Christina Sharek and Miss Valerie Peluso. They wore rainbow-colored Qiana knit gowns with matching capes and chapel hats, and carried baskets of silk daisies which matched their gowns. Tracy Landman, the flower girl, wore a lilac Qiana gown and chapel hat and carried a basket of multi-colored daisies. The groom's sister. Nina Wiley, was the junior bride.

She wore a colonial gown with a detachable train and a headpiece of daisies, and carried a basket of white and yellow daisies. The groom chose Dale Curry as his best man. Ushers were Bill Leonhardt, Jim Douglas and Mike Priscilla. Mrs. Dale Curry was the vocalist and Mrs.

Bruce Willetts played the organ. Following a reception at Wayne Township Fire Hall the newlyweds departed for a honeymoon at Seven Springs. Mrs. Wiley is a graduate of Lawrence County Vo-Tech High School and is a dental assistant for Dr. B.M.

Sacred Heart Church, located on the University of Notre Dame campus, was the setting April 22 for the wedding ceremony of Rosemary Anne Scott and Mark Alan Studer. The Rev Charles I. McCarragher officiated for the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter W.

Scott, 24 Edgewood Acres, New Castle, and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis H. Studer, 42 Muirfield, St. Louis, Mo.

The bride was attired in a Victorian mid-calf length gown of antique ivory satin designed by Oscar de la Renta. Mary Ann Callahan of Chicago, 111. was the maid of honor. She wore a sea green Qiana mid-calf length dress and carried yellow and white daisies. Kevin Ellison of Cleveland, Ohio was the best man.

Clifton R. Hood IV of Des Moines. Iowa ushered. A reception honored the newlyweds at the Summit Club. Mrs.

Studer is a graduate of St. College where she majored in English. She is currently on the staff of the English department at Wilmington Area High School. Mr. Studer is a graduate of Notre Dame School of Business and is a district sales manager for Ingersoll-Rand Co.

Mrs. Mark A. Studier He is studying for his MBA at the University of Pittsburgh. They plan to make their home in Oakmont. Pa.

LuAnn Sonntag became the bride of Thomas Albert Elias April 22 at St. Maronite Church. The Rev. Sami Hayek officiated. The bride, attired in a white polyester sheer peau lace gown, is the daughter of Ray L.

Sonntag of 4337 Hollow Road, and Mrs. Sallie Sonntag of RD 4. The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. George Elias of 1408 Carlisle St.

Debbie Sonntag was the maid of honor and Mrs. Margie Lopez was matron of honor. They wore romance blue polyester knit gowns with sheer capes and carried light blue carnations with breath and greens. Flowers adorned their hair. Other bridal attendants were Julie Pearl, Patsy Wargo, Vicky Yhelka, Mrs.

Debbie DePorzio and Mrs. Debbie Pennachio. Paulie Shoaff was the flower girl. They were attired in light blue polyester knit gowns with sheer capes and carried dark blue carnations with breath and greens. Flowers also adorned their hair.

Teddy Welsh was the best man. Ushers were Danny Sonntag. Perry Perrino, Ronnie DePorzio, Terry Pennachio, William Carbone and Lamont Polding. Michael Lopez was the Mrs. Thomas A.

Elias ring bearer. Following a reception at the Knights of Columbus Hall the couple departed for a honeymoon at Virginia Beach. They are residing at 705 E. Meyer Ave. Mrs.

Elias attended Shenango High School. Her husband was graduated from New Castle High School and owns Elias Social Recreation Center.
