The Board of Supervisors of the County of Kern, do ordain as follows: First, That permission iy hereby granted to the City of Los Angeles to construct, maintain and operate a railroad track across certain county roads in said county, at the points in the manner following, to-wlt: Across that certain county road running along the range line between Ranges S3 and 34 East, M. D. M, the center line of said crossing to be about 25 !'• et southerly from the north line of Sec. 25, T. 32 S., R. 33 E., and Sec. 3<i, T. 32 S., K. 34 E., M. D. M., said crossing to be a surface crossing so constructed as not to in- '.erfere with ordinary travel over said road.
