He urged all association members to follow the case's progress closely and to attend as many of the court sessions as possible. Directors also discussed a letter from a Beach Drive resident complaining of constant difficulty with "undesirable visitors" along the drive and a lack of restroom facilities there. The complaint is a frequent one, but directors last night were treated to a report that offers hope of alleviating the problem. It was noted that an agreement pending between the county and the State Division of Beaches and Parks calls for the placing of additional restroom facilities at the southeast end of the drive and beginning patrol activities by a uniformed officer both on the beach and in the area of the intersection of Beach Drive with the Esplanade. Comstock noted there is a possibility the agreement will be completed within the month.

He said the pact would be useful, but that it "won't cure all the problems."
