The defendants above named will take notice, that an action entitled as above has been instituted in the Superior Court of Trans Wania County, North Carolina, for a sale ior partition between the plaintiffs and the defendants, certain real estate, of the estate of John Anders, deceased, which real estate, and the various interest of the acres offered for sale being that belonging to the estate of W.
