All the foregoing Lots are situate in or near the town of Kells, about five miles from Kilkenny, and four miles from the Bennett's Bridge Station on the Waterford and Limerick Railway there are several Flour and Corn Mills at Kells, and otherwise the neighborhood is very desirable.
