All the foregoing Lots are situate in or near the town of Kells, about five miles from Kilkenny, and four miles from the Bennett's Bridge Station on the Waterford and Limerick Railway there are several Flour and Corn Mills at Kells, and otherwise the neighborhood is very desirable. Lot 1 Is an admirably secured chief rent. The tenant's interest is to be sold shortly by the Commissioners, in the matter of Samuel Waring, owner, Susannah Waring, Petitioner. Lot 2 These lands are good friable loam, fit for green and grain crops. There are valuable limestone quarries on this lot.
