WEDNESDAY, APRIL 17, 1963 BRISTOL COURIER and LEVITTOWN TIMES PAGE 37 Paternity Suit Figures Arthur Crowley Terry Lynn Huntingdon Attorney Denies Father LOS ANGELES (UPI) Hollywood Attorney Arthur Crowley today testified he had been intimate with former beauty queen Terry Lynn Huntingdon, but denied at trial of her paternity suit that he was father of her year-old daughter. Crowley was called as an adverse witness in the first day of testimony in trail of the former Miss United suit before a jury of eight women and four men. Miss Huntingdon, a beautiful brunette, took the witness stand yesterday afternoon. Her attorney attempted to place in evidence the birth certificates of her daughter, identifying her as Elizabeth Paige Crowley. Crowley Objects Crowley objected to the identification, and attorneys agreed to a stipulation which only gave the birth date of the baby, without use of the name.

Another legal wrangle occurred when Miss Huntingdon identified a picture as The statement was ordered stricken from the record. Miss Huntingdon will resume testimony today. Crowley was described in an opening statement by Attorney Sydney M. Williams as a experienced, sophisticated, debonair and prominent Hollywood while Williams called his client a impressionable Crowley and his partner, Horace A. Opening Statement In his opening statement, Ruderman said he would prove Crowley was not father of Miss daughter, Elizabeth, and that the plaintiff had been sexually promiscuous. The official publication reported there is alarming degree of juvenile in the provincial city, 530 miles east- southeast of Moscow, which was capital in the darkest days of World War II.

(Courier-Times Photo) 2 Killed, 10 Hurt In Gas Explosion NANTICOKE, Pa. men were killed and at least 10 injured, four critically, late Tuesday night in a methane gas explosion at the Glen-Nan Coal Co. in nearby Newport Township.

The blast happened five minutes before the night shift went off at 11 o'clock EST. The dead were identified as Thomas Rominski and Henry Robey, both of Nanticoke. Two of the injured men were released after treatment at the Nanticoke State Hospital and one other was taken to Geisinger Hospital in Danville. All other injured were at the hospital here. Ambulances from Nanticoke, Newport and Hanover took the injured to the hospitals.
