Kilgore told the supervisors for a town county or individual to borrow up to $300000 from the Federal Housing Authority to construct homes of this type Its my understanding Kilgore said that interest on the loan would only be three percent fo a co-operative group such as the supervisors which could borrow the entire amount But an Individual would have to have a certain percent of the total project cost and would pay a higher rate of Interest Officials from the Farmers Home Administration and the Federal Housing Authority will be asked-to meet with the supervisors at their August meeting to discuss the proposal in depth WHATS GOING ON THEY ASK WISE The Wise County Planning Commission and the Wise County Community Action Program (AWARE) will be asked to present an updated report of their
