HIGH SCHOOL TEAM TO PLAY AT HOMESTEAD The Canonsburg High School basketball team will go to Homestead tomorrow evening to meet the fast High School team of that place. Homestead has the honor of being the only team to date that has defeated the Pitt Freshmen. A close score is looked for on account of the local team putting it all over the Homestead players by the score of 36 to 32. Coach McPeake has not given out the names of those who will line up against Homestead. The following men will make the trip: Coach McPeake, Sheaff, Shaner, Straub, Forester, Farrar, McNutt and Weaver, besides a number of rooters.

DEATH RECORD Mrs. George Marks Mrs. Annie M. Marks, wife of George Marks, of near Arnold, Chartiers township, died at the Washington Hospital, Monday morning after a short illness. She was 40 years of age.

She is survived by her husband and six children. The funeral will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment in Oak Spring cemetery. Miss Harriet E. McWilliams Miss Harriet E.

McWilliams died at her home 125 West College street, Tuesday morning about 2 o'clock, after an illness extending over a period of five years. Miss McWilliams had been a lifelong resident of Canonsburg and vicinity. She was a member of the Chartiers United Presbyterian Church. She is survived by the following brothers and sisters: George James Addison Samuel, Mrs. Mary A.

Cook and Miss Nettie, all of Canonsburg. The funeral services will be held at her late home, 125 West College street, Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment will be in Oak Spring cemetery. Mrs. J.

F. Rutherford Samuel T. Rutherford of West College street is in receipt of a telegram informing him of the death of his cousin, Mrs. Helen French Rutherford. wife of Dr.

J. Frank Rutherford, which occurred at the family home in Cranesville, near Erie, this state, on Sunday evening. Dr. Rutherfod was located at Bishop, this county, for a number of years, and has a large circle of friends here who will regret to learn of his loss. The funeral services will be held at her late home on Wednesday afternoon, with interment at Cranesville.
