Community Fund Drive presents a check for $20000 to Divine left president of Died For Wrong Job LONDON (UPI) A judicial report into the famed British crime riddle of the murders of Notting Hill Gate concluded today that Timothy Evans died on the scaffold 16 years aeo for a crime he probably did not commit But he was a murderer just the same Evans 25 an illiterate truck driver was hanged in 1950 for the murder of his baby daughter Geraldine The judicial inquiry the second into the case expressed belief today the murder was committed in fact by mass strangler John Reginald Halliday Christie The summing up by Judge Daniel Brabin reflected his own perplexity but said he said Evans apparently strangled his 19-year-old wife Beryl one of the crimes for which Christie a former policeman was hanged Both were pathological liars both were stranglers and both lived in the same house It was Christie who became known as the murderer of Notting Hill Gate for at his house at No 10 Rillington Place he murdered person after person and sealed them in a wall When that place became full he buried them in the backyard under an elderberry bush The inquiry was ordered last year in hopes it would Security system including a 10 per cent boost in benefit payments to the nations 22 million pensioners The Chief Executive outlinet his proposals in a speech prepared for ceremonies at Social Security headquarters in Baltimore honoring employes who helped launch Medicare last July 1 Johnson stopped off in Baltimore while on his way to New York for his last purely political stumping trip before Force hit targets in the zone and supply routes in the North Viet Nam panhandle just above the DMZ Tuesday and that the monsoon offensive comes is ready to hit North Vietnamese troops with the most intense prolonged bombing of the war Recent US Marine operations are believed to have slowed the North Vietnamese plans but Marines today discovered a North Vietnamese company probing their positions
