BOWMAN (Owner and Operator) PENN-HARRIS AIRPORT Chambers Hill Road Maurice Bowman, age 37, has been flying for 19 years. He received his Private fiiovt License at tne age of 18, and was awarded his Transport License at Baltimore, in July 1931. During this time he has never piloted a plane which has caused damage or Injury to any person, plane, or property. Maurice has close to 12,000 flying hours, of which, approximately 10,000 hours are Instructional time. In his career, he has graduated well over 2,000 Private Pilots and more than 500 Commercial Pilots.

In addition to his Commercial Flight Instructor License, he holds a CAA Flight Examiner Hating for licensing both Private and Commercial Pilot applicants; he Is a CAA designated Aircraft Maintenance Inspector with which he Is able to license aircraft; and he is authorized by the Federal Communications Commission to license Aircraft Radiotelephone Operators. Tne Penn-Harris Airport was built In 1929 and Mr. Bowman, with partner, bought the airport in 1934. In 1941, Mr. Bowman bought out his partner and has been sole operator and owner since that time.

Since 1934, there have been no accidents involving bodily injury to anyone flying the planes owned by Mr. Bowman.
