alloys should also have a future in the civilian market for structural items springs fasteners etc according to the company new alloys were developed by changing the crystal structure of titanium through the addition of alloy metals such a9 vanadium chromium and aluminum One of the new titanium alloys contains 25 percent of the additive metals three alloys are said to be or capable of being formed in the so-called soft condition and then easily strengthened by thermal aging One of the new alloys is the first heat treatable all-Beta titanium alloy ever produced The new Beta titanium alloy allegedly had been stamping name on ballots where the voter did not mark either candidate About 20 such votes were confiscated by the state election but did not figure in the recount total since they were eliminated before the original count District Judge Tom Blaine of Enid was the referee for the recount in Kiowa county conducted Monday Montgomery served as attorney representing Wickersham and John Wilson of Frederick represented Morris The recount here was conducted without incident with the judge having to rule on only two in each case upholding the election board Wilson said at the end of the count which netted a 9-vote gain for Wichersham that he was satisfied had a fair election up Watchers here from Comanche county were Bob Lines and Tracy Daugherty of Walters Mrs Pat Brandon Mrs Frank Hurt Mrs Verline Van Dyke Mrs Esther Worth Duysen and Mrs Velma Bauman Procedure has been for each candidate to have a watcher and checker on each table as the recount progressed in the various counties A scramble to find enough watchers for today resulted when Wickersham forces learned at the last minute that nine precincts were to be counted at a time in Grady county Previously four at a time had been the maximum The team still was short several members at last report Morris has consistently widened his margin of apparent victory beginning with the first days recount In Comanche county he picked up 17 votes and Wickersham lost 14 giving Morris a 31-point net gain there In others counted the first day Morris picked up 18 in Caddo with unchanged Morris gained one in Ellis county with unchanged Wickersham picked up two in Dewey and four in Texas They gained one each in Cimarron On the second day there was no change in Blaine and Harper counties In Beckham Morris lost one and Wickersham lost one in Washita Morris gained one and Wickersham lost one giving Morris a net gain of two In Beaver county Wickersham gained three and in Kingfisher Morris gained 12 In Wednesdays recount Morris gained two in Greer 19 in Harmon 11 in Custer and seven in Tillman Wickersham gained 12 in Jackson Hobart Friday PUBLISHING BOARD OF EDUCATION Financial Statement of the
