to report to the sheriff at noon next Friday to be taken to the state prison where he was sentenced to three to five years following his conviction Attorney Bob Carter who replaced Robert Green asFne-bels attorney told the judge that Friebel had repaid $2500 to Summers Hardware had deeded a lot to the firm and was negotiating deeding a house to the firm which he said would leave a balance of $3000 to $4000 Friebel was sentenced by Judge Torbett on Dec 13 and allowed to remain free under bond pending the decision on the petition for probation Friebel was accused of taking $29175 from the
