Is Again In Trouble. Cecil Linn was arrested yesterday afternoon by Marshal Scott Thornton of the Court of Coffeyville charged with passing' a worthless check on Fred Wanenwetsch. former chief of police. The check was drawn on the First National bank of this city, and was for $3.50. Investigation, so Marshal Thornton states, showed that Linn never had an account with the bank.
