Beasley Motor Rehuildcrs, the only official authorized plant for the rebuilding of Ford and Mercury automobile engines, is located at 210 Fast Plank road in the heart of the Plank road industrial and shopping district. In the fall of 1951. because of the tremendous volume of business, the company found it necessary to expand it operations into allied rebuilding fields and is now reconditioning the complete line of Ford and Mercury distributors, carburetors. fuel pumps, generators, starters and brake shoe.

In order to take care of the volume of work at this plant it is necessary to employ a staff of 50 persons. Six delivery trucks are utilized each week in order to service the 235 Ford and Mercury dealers in the Pittsburgh district branch. Morrison oil, gas and coal furnaces are featured at Mclntire's. Another product available at the doorfold company is a permanent type filter that can be cleaned and used over and over.
