prohibiting the commission from interfering with the control over the park beer and zoning boards The ruling was only to uphold the injunctions until the lawsuit filed last week could be heard on its merits The suit seeks a claratory judgment spelling out the powers of the commission and the court The squires lost the first round of the court battle Tuesday when a suit filed by 34 taxpayers challenging the legality of salaries and expense accounts of several county officials including the commissioners was dismissed by Judge Dawson However yesterday Atty Joel Anderson representing the court majority said that an appeal would be taken to the Supreme Court on the ruling Earl Ailor county attorney who filed the motions to dismiss the temporary injunctions said that he would confer
